ANNOUNCMENTS

Today following services we will have a congregational meeting in the Fellowship Hall. The ladies will have a short meeting following this meeting.

Wednesday Morning Bible Study and Conversation

There will be bible study at 10 AM, Dec. 14th; we will discuss the first reading for Dec. 18th, Isaiah 7:10-16.

No bible study on the 21st and 28th. Bible study will resume on Jan. 4th.

Sunday Morning 9am-9:45 Pastor Stewart is leading a conversation on “Un-puzzling the Liturgy” in the fellowship hall. Come Join Us. The more the merrier.

Sunday Dec. 18th Sunday school Christmas Program during regular services. Please have your child here for Sunday school the next two Sundays to practice and please attend church on the 18th to see your child in the program. They are very excited!!

Saturday Dec. 24th 7 pm Christmas Eve Services at St. John’s

Careen Deckard’s Father’s Death

Careen Deckard’s father, Harless McMikle, died from Malignant Melanoma on December 2, 2016.  His service, A Celebration of Life will take place on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 4 P.M. at the Meridian Friends Church, 1021 W. Pine St., Meridian, Idaho.  Our church family has sent flowers for the service with the card saying:  “Our sympathy and Love”   from your Genesee Lutheran Family.

His full obituary is posted on the bulletin board downstairs.
