We have two separate church buildings. The Genesee Valley church is a quintessential white country church set among rolling green hills. It was built by Scandinavian settlers over one hundred years ago. St. John's church is in town and is a beautiful brick structure with wonderful stained glass windows. It too, is over one hundred years old, built by the early German settlers in the area. The churches were operated separately until 1960. The two congregations are now combined and share our pastor, Dave Deckard.
Our parish is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. While we are Lutheran, we openly welcome all to come and worship.
